White Mountains, New Hampshire
I took this photo this late August after I climbed the Welch and Dickey Mountains from Welch Summit.
I believe this photo has a strong sense of depth. You can clearly see the trees in the foreground all the way to the mountain ranges in the far background. I also believe this photo is rich in texture because you can make out the needles of the trees, yet the clouds look soft and fluffy.
I choose this as my best photo not only because of it's composition, but it's meaning. It was the last activity I did before leaving New Hampshire, so it was a cool way to end a mini vacation.
